If you agree to the details of the service, a payment will pay as A deposit Either by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) through our payment provider or By Bank wire Transfer to United Guides Travel Bank account provided below, To secure all your reservations, we complete travel arrangements, will send You final confirmation with the Agreed Program. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.   Any Adjustments Made by the customer, will be subject to Service availability and price changes.

By The registration Process, You will Create A Member ID and password, By becoming  A registered Member of united Guides, you could access to your  Own Account by your Member ID and Password.


Payment Policy:

The Reservation Must Before a Long Time, Especially Holidays, payment will be 25% deposit required to be paid from total amount at normal seasons, The payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays to Secure All your Reservations, packages include hotels and flight, payment should be more than 50% and done two weeks before arrival date .

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD / EURO OR EGP (or any other agreed currencies).


Rest of Payment:

The remaining cash will be paid upon Arrival

Or Bank transfer amount to our company one month prior to arrival at Christmas and New Year holidays


Refunds & cancellation Policy

75% Refund For cancellation 24 Hours before the Activity

50% Refund for cancellation with in the last 24 Hours

NO Show will be Non refundable .

Children under 3 years: Free of charge

Children under 6 years: will be charged 25% from total cost of the adult

Children from 6 to 11 years: will be charged 50% from adult price

Child from 12 years and more: will be charged as adult.
