Memphis and Sakkara Tour to visit the Saqqara Pyramid and Memphis, where Ptah was the most important pagan god. Enjoy your Memphis Necropolis and Saqqara Tours and many other Cairo Excursions with us. Memphis and Saqqara are roughly in the middle of Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt. You’ll see Saqqara and Memphis City at Mit Rahina, be amazed by the huge statue of Ramses II at Memphis City’s Open Air Museum, and learn about the history of the ancient Egyptian civilization. And see the Step Pyramid of King Zoser (also called the Saqqara Pyramid). Visit the Step Pyramids of Djoser to learn more about the oldest important stone building in the world. It is 60 meters tall and was built as a step pyramid, so it has six tiers that get smaller from top to bottom.
