You can snorkel to the beautiful Tiran Island from Sharm el Sheikh with us through the Tiran Island Snorkeling Trip. On Tiran Island, Sharm El Sheikh, you can snorkel and have a good time. Sharm El Sheikh is known for its beautiful coral reefs, which is why snorkelers like to go there.
The island marks the start of the Strait of Tiran, which connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aqaba. It has an area of about 80 square kilometers and is part of Ras Muhammad National Park, a national park and protected location. The Strait of Tiran is the only way for Israel to reach the Red Sea, between the Gulf of Aqaba and the Mediterranean Sea.
These reefs are a fitting way to honor their ancestors, and they were named after the early 19th-century British explorers who were the first to map the area. The Tiran Islands are at the mouth of the Gulf of Aqaba and block almost the Red Sea, and they are home to an underwater coral reef. Learn more about the history and culture of the area.
