On our Nubian Village Tour in Aswan, you’ll see the sites on a traditional felucca and learn about the people and culture of the Nubian people. The basic way of life of the Nubians may be experienced via Nubian Tours. The Nubian Village, on the west side of Aswan, offers a glimpse into the basic yet fascinating life of the Nubians. Some of these traditions and how they exist in the natural world will also be discussed. Both Egyptians and Nubians are Muslim, hence marriage was legal. According to legend, more than 140,000 Nubians were forced to flee their homes when Egypt was constructing the High Dam because water had previously covered Nubian houses.

From your hotel in Aswan, our guide will pick you up and transport you to the location where you will board the motorboat to the Nubian Village. Prices are in US dollars per person per tour in the lowest season. Please inquire about final tour prices at the time of booking and during the Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays.
Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcome but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
